We believe all young people have the potential to become great leaders, define their future, and change the world.
NYLA, the National Young Leaders Association, empowers young people to become tomorrow’s leaders through free online business training for high school students from diverse backgrounds. Our programs include “Entrees with Entrepreneurs,” where young entrepreneurs dine with and learn from successful business leaders and opportunities for peer-to-peer collaboration. By connecting young leaders and offering mentorship from experienced professionals, NYLA provides the tools, resources, and support needed for personal and professional success.
